About JEMS Boutique

JEMS boutique was born August 2006. My family - Jada, Emily, Me and Scott - are the inspiration for my designs - thus, JEMS Boutique was developed.

I began teaching myself to sew September 2003. After playing around for 2 years, I decided to take real beginning sewing classes. I took my first beginning sewing class in January 2006. I fell in love with it! I never dreamed that I would be able to accomplish the projects that I was taught. The clothes I began to make were so rewarding. I found that with twins, making two dresses at the same time was easier than just doing one. Therefore, it was an easy progression to share my talents with others.

My passion is to create unique and fun outfits and purses. I have so much fun picking fabrics and seeing what will come of them. I never thought I could be so creative. I guess it is my outlet after chasing the twins all day!
